I am 6-foot-3 male who played sports growing up and still love to play basketball, tennis, golf and wakeboard and water ski. I started to feel that my endurance and skills weren’t what they used to be so I started coming to Enhance Fitness Studio. I am amazed at the improvement I have seen since I started working out at Enhance Fitness Studio and with all their trainers. EFS’s workout routines are creative and effective. EFS is the best!
Mike, just wanted to say thanks, even though I have had different workout routines in the past, none of them have shown the results that I have received at Enhance Fitness this year. You do alot to keep it interesting by always changing things around which is one of the things I like best.
