Personal Training

Adult Services/Programs

  •  The Total Body Workout Group Fitness Classes – group fitness classes such as Boot Camp, TORCH, and Hard Core offered 5 days a week and provides over 48 classes a month.
  •  Personal Training – 30 to 60 minute one on one fitness sessions sold in single sessions, packages of five, ten, and even twenty sessions.  Click Here for more info
  •  Cardio Boxing – which offers the basics of boxing, kickboxing, and mma with a twist of underground functional fitness like rope undulation, suspension training, and kettlebell training

Youth Services/Programs

  •  Sports Performance  – Youth athletic strength and conditioning program that provides proper exercise techniques for youth in all sports to help them get faster, stronger, more agile, and decrease the risk of injuries. We have two age groups.
    • Youth (ages 8 – 13 years old)  programs specifically geared for youth athletes to increase sports performance while managing integrity of youth development.  Click Here for more info
    • High School (ages 14 – 18 years old) the key to the success of this program is the ability to give each athlete personalized programs, structure, discipline, and guaranteed results.  Click Here for more info
